Hump day again... and finally I bring you pictures of one of my outfits this week. Surprise, surprise though, for someone who pretty much lives in dresses, this isn't a dress!

I walked L to day care this morning, and trust me, walking in dresses in the heat just does not end up well, so shorts it is. I love these shorts though, and I'm just a little upset about the fact that they are becoming too big on me due to losing weight. Yay for losing weight, but boo for great clothes no longer fitting.

I finally got around to using the self timer on my camera to take these too, so enjoy some lovely shots from my front deck with that yard I love in the background!

P.S. this top is proof that I should start doing that mystical thing some people prefer to call ironing...

Top: Kmart - I got this so long ago now!
Shorts: Just Jeans - the most I have spent on one single pair of shorts. I got them last year in Australia
Shoes: From a lovely friend on mine - originally came from Perth I believe
Hat: Kmart - $15! Got it in the weekend for sitting at the Santa Parade

When I got back from the walk to day care, I checked the mail because our postie is awesome and comes quite early.

Anyway, normally I don't pay attention to the mail unless it's for me, but even then I don't really pay attention since it's mostly bills.

However, today when there was an envelope addressed to me in handwriting, I paid attention. As I was looking at the envelope, I noticed that the post office has stamped it as being from 'Middle Earth'. I had a wee chuckle about this.

I can't wait to see The Hobbit, I absolutely loved the book which I remember reading around 11 years ago now, so I really hope the movie holds up to my expectations.

And what a lovely surprise when I opened it. A congratulations card from my Uncle and Aunty for my graduation next week! It's come up so fast, so be prepared for that post!

Well, I hope you have a great Wednesday and that you aren't getting too stressed out over Christmas as some people do.
