Another Weekend… Another Month

Sigh… yet again, we are welcoming December, and what a busy, busy month we all have ahead of us.
On Saturday I received in the post a wonderful book that I won in a giveaway Miriam from Create Hope Inspire had.
It is called the Christmas Caravan, and really, what better way to start the month of December than with a Christmas story. L loved it. As soon as it came I showed him, and when he went to bed that night, he asked for that story specifically, and then again on Sunday night.
Can we all take a moment to admire the awesome packaging! You are a star Miriam! Thank you so much for the amazing book that will no doubt be known off by heart in only a weeks time.

On Sunday, with another great way to start the Christmas celebrations, we went to the Santa Parade. It was so hot! At one point in the day I checked the temperature on my phone and it was recorded at 28ºC... for the second day of summer that's really good!
The parade was great and L had a great time. I bought him the cutest little trilby hat for only $7... what a steal. It's so cute... I'm not sure if my obsession with hats is a good thing considering I want to buy him all these hats he will probably never wear, but this one, I will make sure it gets used... a lot.

I don't consider myself a photographer. Far from it actually. The cameras I own aren't fancy or anything. But every now and then, I manage to take a picture that I just love, this one here, is one of those. If you follow my instagram (@tammyroses) there is one very similar that I also love.
