I hate moving house. I absolutely despise it to be honest. But sometimes, it just has to be done.

I have lived in more houses than I can remember, at least one per year, which is crazy. As I've gotten older and had to move my own things myself, it just becomes this big hassle. I swear when I finally get out on my own, I won't be moving for a LONG time.

Now, I'm assuming from moving heavy boxes, I have a terribly sore shoulder. I can barely lift my arm without some pain.

Sigh...

I will live.

The good thing is that we are now in a house that is much warmer for the winter, and we won't be moving from here any time soon. I have so much more space in my bedroom to do my sewing and crafts too which I love.

Now for the second part of this post. I know, I know, it's all over the place.

I made almond milk, and it was delicious! Have you ever tried it? Or made it yourself?

If you like almonds, you should try it, it's really easy!

All you need to do is soak a cup of raw almonds in some water over night. The next day, drain them and put the almonds in a blender with 4 cups of water {Or less is you want creamier. Personally the next time I make it I'm putting less water}. Whizz it up for a few minutes and then pour it through a nut milk bag. I didn't have one of these, but thanks to the internet, I found that a piece or cotton that isn't too tight would work so I used a piece from my stash that I had washed.

I let it go through that, squeezing it to help it, and then poured it into my mason jar. Put it in the fridge and it's ready to use.

It tasted amazing with porridge the next morning for breakfast, and in my cup of tea.

Seriously, you should try it!
