My 10 day challenge is taking me more like 20+. I have been so busy, I knew I wouldn't be able to post everyday, and it's kind of the reason I decided to do a challenge like this, so that I would still be posting things, cause lets face it, my life is consisting of school at the moment. 

There is so much more paperwork to do while on placement than when I graduate and will actually be a teacher, so I have been working my butt off to try and get it all done.

However, this time in 3 weeks, I will be in Australia for a 2 week holiday, and it can't come quick enough, totally ready for a break.

Anyway, onto today's challenge...Food, awesome. I have so many favourite foods, and I love baking and cooking! 

1. Pizza 
This has always been my favourite food. I love homemade ones with red onion, capsicum, mushrooms, and cheese. They are so yummy!!


2. Ice Cream
Who doesn't love ice cream? My favourite would be goody goody gum drops, or cookies and cream.

3. Macarons
If you haven't read through my posts, you won't know of my recent obsession with these little morsels. I started making them at the beginning of the year, and I love them! They are delicious

4. Roast
Yum! Roast lamb, beef, chicken, or pork. All of the above. I love roast so much, especially with roast potatoes and Kumara {sweet potato}.

5.Salad
I love salad, I love summer just because it is salad season!
There are soooo many more foods that I could name right now, but I will stick to 5, or I will be up all night.
